Hey everybody, it's me - HoosierGirl - coming to you live from Western Nebraska via the remarkable technology of the iPhone, which is allowing me to log onto Blogger, even as I bounce down the road in this big blue truck! We have traveled through part of Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and now we are most of the way across Nebraska, headed to Wyoming. The scenery has been amazing and I've taken some great pictures, but I am not going to try to upload them now. All I hope to accomplish today is answering my "Manic Monday" questions. Typing one letter at a time takes a LONG time! So here goes:
Are you a talker or a listener? Is it ever possible to really be both?
Oh baby, anyone who knows me will tell you I am a talker! But I think I am a pretty good listener,too. And yes, I think it is possible to be both.
Do you think God has a sense of humor?
Yes, most definitely. Besides, He created humor! Why wouldn't He be the best at it?
Do you believe in love at first sight? Have you ever experienced it?
I believe in friendship at first sight. I have met people, both men and women, that I knew were going to be good friends the moment I met them. But I don't love at first sight is really possible.

Are you getting into those thunderstorms up there? You are about 100 miles north of me and we just sent some weather that way. Have a great trip and enjoy Salt Lake City. It is a nice, clean town, albeit a little boring.
I just had to bring up Nebraska on Google Earth. Looks like you possibly took I-80 into Wyoming. I can imagine the beautiful scenery you all are enjoying.

Just Dave - Luckily, most of the rain went to the north of us. We hardly got wet at all! You're only 100 miles away? I wish time and the price of diesel allowed us to detour into Colorado!
e.Craig - You are exactly right! We are spending the night in Rawlins, Wyoming and it is beautiful! Wait until you see all the pictures I've taken of mountains, windmills, and rock outcroppings. We even saw some elk! It has been an amazing trip!
