Friday Fill-Ins

1. Some relationships are meant to be a lot of fun!
2. Rascal Flatts is the last concert I saw; it was pretty good.
3. Spring should be full of flowers (see below).
4. Oh no! I forgot to sign Aaron up for soccer!
5. I've recently started doing crossword puzzles.
6. Reading blogs (see yesterday's post) never fails to make me smile.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to going to see Sugarland with Steven at the truck show, tomorrow my plans include picking up Rachael from the airport, and Sunday, I want to catch up with my daughter and relax!

I have not had any time this week to include a picture of these beautiful tulips that Steven sent me Monday just to cheer me up, in case I was down about Rachael being gone, and to let me know he loves me! It was such a terrific surprise!

Please check out Thursday's blog for my list of my favorite girl bloggers! If you're a chick and you stop by here regularly, you're probably on there!

Happy Friday!

J.

Hi Ya'll,
Tis steven here;
I've done the incomprehensible:
I've worn out J. She is snoring as I type now. (sorry fellas, not loud enough to record.)
Folks, J is a super bundle of energy. Sun up, to sun down this hoosier mamma knocks it out of the ballpark.
I'm happy to report that I've "walked" her to sleep. Hooda thunk it? A worn out, broken down guy who drives a truck, toted all those several pounds of freebies, cheered on my favorite cheerleader, and jus plain ole wore her out.

It was superfabulous that we got to cap off the evening with a concert + me driving (shudder, shudder.) us home - in a CAR!
Yeah smart alecks, we arrived - alive!
Ya know, I am a professional steering wheel holder: J just told me where to go! And go!
I'd like to comment on the Friday Fill In, but I was here / there, and had a really great time with J.
There will be some future postings, some with "pics" for sure.

Take care ever' body!
steven

Awww how sweet! You better hang on to him, girl! :) I have a friend who was secretary of our school. Her husband would always send tulips to her. I finally asked, "Why tulips?" I won't ask that question again! :hehehehe: By the way...I tagged you on my site!
