Happy Thursday everyone! I have so many posts whirling around in my brain right now: all about the road trip, road trip pictures, the 50 Books in a Year Challenge on Shelfari, flying by myself for the first time, Rock Band...Where to begin? I AM adding more and more pictures to Flickr every day and trying to add descriptions as I go. I'm working on a day-by-day trip recap with pictures (like the beautiful sunset picture at the right), but I want it to be good, so it's taking a little time (so hold your britches, Truckndude). Anyway, I was tagged for this "8 Things" meme by SushiBoy, but before I saw the tag at his place, I volunteered to do it over at JustDave's, so that kind of makes me double-tagged, I guess.....

I adore chocolate and traveling! I've had a lot of the first, but not enough of the second, in my opinion.

I also adore When Harry Met Sally, it's one of my favorite movies of all time!

And yay, tagged! I'll be getting around to this tonight, I think :D

Awweee.
You're so sweet to me.
"heavy sigh."

Ok, beautiful sunset - oh yes. And I was able to share it with you.

And, hey! Is that bird giving my hood the dirty bird look?

Shen-shen - Just don't wait until you're in your 40s like I did to travel. I will check out your blog tomorrow to see your answers.

Jay - Pride and Prejudice is an acquired taste. Only the truly gifted "get it" (written with tongue in cheek). Thanks for the compliment on the pictures. I really had fun taking them.

T-dog - Quit yet whining and just do it.

T-dude - I look forward to sharing many more sunsets with you. Love you!

Films you've seen eight times got me thinking. I've probably seen Trainspotting eight times and possibly the original Star Wars films but that's all. I can't think of any other films I've seen more than four or five times. Hmmm, maybe Fifth Element, but not all the way through. That's one of those I switch on for a couple of minutes and wind up watching the rest of the film.

I've got mine up! You and I had a lot of similarities, so I tried to name a few different ones...

E.Craig - You ate cactus? Why?

York - You're not a girl. You don't watch your favorite chick flicks obsessively like we do. I've never seen/heard of "Trainspotting".

Sayre - I'll be right over.

Hooray, welcome back home and thx for doing the MeMe it was fun to read you answers. I don't know that I have ever read Pride & Pred, I've seen a play, and a couple of movies about it, I should just do it for the experience, I'm sure we have a copy or two kicking around.
