Yep, that's right folks. It's time for yet another list: 10 on Tuesday.

This week's topic:

10 Things You’re Looking Forward to in the Spring:

  1. No more coats.

  2. Tulips.

  3. Daffodils.

  4. Soccer.

  5. Taking walks.

  6. Driving home with the windows down.

  7. Spring break.

  8. Aaron's 1st Communion.

  9. Sitting on the front porch.

  10. My tree out front blooming.

What are YOU looking forward to?

Happy Tuesday!

I can't say that I'm looking forward to 10 things that spring brings. But, here's a few:

1. No more snow to shovel for about 7 months.

2. No more listening to whining about the winter weather.

3. I can wash my car without freezing my butt off.

4. Longer daylight hours.

5. Enjoying the fragrant blossoms on my Lilac Bush & Linden Tree.

We've had daffodils flowering for a number of weeks already here. As for football, over here the season ends in spring. They play in the summer in Scandinavia, but that's because their pitches are frozen in winter.

1. Daily allergy attacks.
2. Women wearing short shorts and halter tops.

Gotta take the bad with the good, right?

Craig - Washing the car, that sounds good. And sweet smelling flowers blooming.

York - Send me some daffodils, please. I love daffodils.

Jay - You're not one of those guys who sits in the park and ogles women, are you? Nah....not you.

Truckindog - Am I to assume you like to fish? I LOVE catfish! Love it!

What is this "washing the car" you speak of? I've had my car for nearly 4 years and I've NEVER washed my car. For the first two years, I lived on a dirt road - no point. Now that I live in town, it never actually seems dirty to me. I should try this activity...

Well, it's kind of been Spring around here all winter. Our flowers are definitely confused. But I'd say my favorite part is when all the azaleas and the dogwoods bloom. The azaleas are already going and the dogwoods should pop out any day.

Win the lottery, give ole Betsy the makeover she's earned; volunteer full time to the public school system.
Yeah! Dad's rule!
And, well, mom's let us think that we do!

Sayre - Washing the car is something you let Z-boy do, then you follow up with polishing and shining. It's fun.

Sexy Trucker - I like #3, 5, 8, 9, and 10. You can park ol' Betsy, just so long as you park her HERE! (smile) Love your comments!

roflmao if you saw the pics on my blog you know that the thing I am looking forward to the most is being able to see out my window and NOT see 6 feet of snow...

I am not even kidding..there is so much snow that there is actually snowbanks that are over 8 ft high...how insane is that
