TMI Tuesday

1. What was your favorite book as a kid?
The Chronicles of Narnia. Really. I was into them WAY before they were popular.

2. If you were stranded on that proverbial desert island (again!), what book or books (up to 5) would you want to have with you?
The Bible, Little Women, a collection of Robert Frost's poems, a "Calvin and Hobbes" collection, and something new by John Grisham.

3. What was the first "naughty" book you read and in what way was it naughty?
Scruples! We passed it around in high school, with the "hot" pages listed on the inside cover. It described actual sex!!

4. If you were to publish your autobiography today, what would be the title?
"At Least We Know I'm Not Lazy!"

5. Would you rather look at nude pictures/pornography or read erotic fiction and why?
Erotic fiction. Those pictures just don't do it for me. Erotic fiction is so much more descriptive.

Bonus (as in optional):Do you know the whereabouts today of the first person with whom you had sex? No. It was my first high school boyfriend, and he moved away sometime after high school. He's probably living in Las Vegas scamming people, or selling real estate.
Anyone else want to play?
J.

1. The Black Stallion - I loved that book and the movie was good, too.

2. The Bible, The Stand by S. King, Rainbow Six by Tom Clancy, The Godfather and a big dictionary with lots of pages to start fires with.

3. The Catcher in the Rye - it had "that word" in it.

4. "Who is That Fat Guy in the Mirror?"

5. I like nudes simply because U find the human body to be a thing of beauty.

Bonus - Yes, approximately. Her daughter works with my DIL, strangely enough.

I like porn, much better than erotic fiction, but if the erotic fiction was sold as an audio tape that might be something else. ;)

1. I can't remember that far back. Probably some Dr. Seuss book.

2. A bunch of Hunter S. Thompson books would be fine.

3. "The Joy of Sex"

4. "How the Hell Did I End Up Here?"

5. Erotic fiction with good pictures!

Bonus: No, I do know where her parents and sister are, but not her. I guess I could ask or something, but I haven't.

1. Gone with the Wind - I was an ambitious reader as a child.

2. The Stand (King), Gone with the Wind (Mitchell), a compilation of "For Better, For Worse" comics (I already have Calvin and Hobbes!), From the Corner of His Eye (Koontz), The Green Mile (King)

3. I don't really remember... I do remember when my best friend showed up with a Playgirl though...

4. "Stop Thumping" - or maybe that would be my epitaph. The whole world just makes too much noise for me anymore.

5. Erotic fiction. But if you think reading it is fun - you should try WRITING it! I have three sex scenes in my novel and I sweated through every one!

Bonus question: That would be my first husband. No - I don't know where he is, and no, don't care.

1. I don’t remember. I dropped the stone tablets and they broke into a thousand pieces.

2. Playboy, Gallery, SAS Book of Survival, How To Make A Short Wave Radio Out Of Coconuts and The Survival Cookbook For Dummies.

3. My brother’s Playboy because it gave me a hard-on.

4. “He Really Is Moby Dick!”

5. Pornographic Movies. That way I have both hands free because I don’t have to hold a book or magazine.

Bonus: No! She worked on her back in a whore house in Yokosuka, Japan.

Hmmnn.

I actually have nothing of my past I wish to share. It's quite boring + I really don't wish to put everyone in a 50 yard stare.

I do agree with "The Stand". 1st book I read that gave me nightmares. So I kept re-reading it until they stopped.
