Have a great weekend.

I must correct what I think is an error on your post. Rick Springfield was on General Hospital, wasn't he?
I don't remember him being on All My Children. Am I wrong?
Oh my gosh, you're right. I'm getting my soaps mixed up! Thanks, Amy!
J.
Thanks for the reminiscing post! I looked up when I was 18 (1996)...Macarena was #1??? Oh Lord! And I found myself humming the #23 song at work the other day... I had no idea it was that old-- "Be My Lover" by La Bouche.
Oh this is great I must go do this myself. Joan Jett was my first concert ever at the State Fair. And OMG I sooo remember every senior class trip during the 80's was a trip to Kings Island!!! (I'm from Illinois)
I just relived the 80's here. Hope you had a great weekend J.
These songs are much cooler than the top 100 from the year I was 18. I still love the Go-Go's.
I am working on this, and I'm going to try to have it up tomorrow (Monday). I am VERY disappointed in some of the songs that are ranked high on that list.
Awful, awful stuff.
Joan Jett is touring the UK later this year with Motorhead and Alice Cooper.
1982 was the year Bruce Springsteen released Nebaska. I love that record.
