Happy Summer Solstice.....

That beautiful season the Summer! Filled was the air with a dreamy and magical light; and the landscape Lay as if new created in all the freshness of childhood.
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

I have lived through 65 summer seasons. One might say that life's lease hath all too short a date.

Nice post, J.

Oh, yes! Did my annual pagen ritual yesterday. I'm not at liberty to explain, but sufficeth it to say that it involves fire, alcohol, a magical herb, and sex & debauchery. Truth to tell, I eliminated the sex & debauchery several years ago.   ;-)

J, truth be known, e.craig eliminated "sex and debauchery" several years ago from his ritual.

But not from his mind. ;-)

Thank God for that!   ;-)

Dave and Craig -
You two are hysterical. It's a pity any men as full of life as the two of you eliminated anything resembling "sex and debauchery" from your lives! I'm sure it would be interesting! (Although Shirley is probably saner and safer because of it! Har, har)

Yes, I must not upset Shirley.

If I am not careful I could wake up dead one morning.
