I was just wondering tonight, as I took a much-needed shower, why showers feel so good. Why do we need water, not just IN us, but ON us? Sometimes I feel like one of the Ents from The Lord of the Rings, the tree creatures, who took refreshing rain-showers to rejuvenate.
I would like to have a shower like this.
What do you think? Why do showers feel so good?

That would probably feel good to stand under, but be useless for actually getting clean. I need a shower on a hose, personally!
