Your post has me thinking about days gone by. One of my all time fav's this time of year was when I got to staff the scouts' "Fall Camp Out" These pics remind me of the "good ole days", and how I miss them. Sigh. I dont like being a "has been". But, I once read a sign that said; better to be a has been than a never was. (some famous cowboy quote) I ponder the irony of said quote.
Great costumes! I'm gathering ideas for next year visiting all these blogs with pictures! The flapper thing would work here - Halloween is usually pretty warm!
And I love the pumpkins! We carved one, but we did it so early (Z couldn't wait), that it was already mildewing and housing flies by Halloween. Sigh. Maybe next year he'll listen?

And another Halloween has come and gone. Time to start thinking about Thanksgiving Day.

They all looked great! Can you believe that it's November already?
The kids' costumes look great. Rachel is going to reignite the flapper phase.
As e.craig notes, Thanksgiving preparations are now in order.
However, when Shirley and I were in Walmart yesterday we heard overhead Christmas music.
That somehow does not seem right. What's the hurry?
What an amazing table!! Check out this one too for coffee tables.
