Day 23 - Black Friday

Okay, I am totally cheating here. I haven't missed a day and I'm not going to today. But I have no time. I was up at 5 AM to take Joseph to the doorbusters at the mall, I've been cleaning all day, and we just got back from the "Light Up Louisville" Christmas parade. Steven is here for the weekend, and we're headed out to dinner.

Hope everyone found lots of bargains. Our best deal: a stack of good quality blank CDs from Radio Shack - 100 for $10.

The Christmas season is officially begun!

I steered clear of all stores today!

I laid around the house all day, then drove 2 young ladies home to Circleville. The only thing I bought was gasoline.

That's a pretty good deal on blank CD's. Sounds like a busy weekend!

Next time you don't have time, just write a Word of the Day!

Today's word: Dipdork \noun\ 1. Slang term for Cousin Cooter who just ate a jarful of nails to increase the iron in his diet.

I could never go out on Black Friday, better you than me. I actually think I've worked on pretty much every black friday I can remember at whatever job I had at the time.

All - It was very festive in the mall at 5 AM. It seemed like noon, with all the lights, customers, and smiling employees! It felt like an adventure, especially since he wasn't looking for anything in particular, just "good deals" in general. Once he had seen his 3 chosen stores, we were outta there!

Nerdboy - Word of the Day: Calottie: A California hottie like you! (wink)
